COVID-19 Closure Club Lucky Frequently Asked Questions

I had points that expired while you were closed. Will I still get those points?

We had a lot of questions about points that expired after March 1, 2020 until now. We are happy to reinstate those points! Please provide your Club Lucky number and a good contact phone and email address to one of our Customer Service Representatives in the casino. Our team will adjust your points within the next 24 hours (often times much faster than that).

I had free play Lucky Bucks offers valid while you were closed. What happens to it now?

All offers are based on their valid period so if they expired, unfortunately, they are no longer valid. However, new free play offers will be sent out soon. Be on the lookout. Offers are based on play prior to the closing for Coronavirus.

You were closed on my birthday. Do I still get my birthday offer?

We’re sorry that we didn’t get to celebrate with many of you who had birthdays while we were closed! For those whose birthday fell between March 1 and June 30, 2020 we are happy to offer 500 Lucky Points to be added to your card on your next visit. This makeup birthday offer is only available until July 31, 2020.

Do I really have to use a Club Lucky card to play?

Technically, no. However, we are making every effort to be aware of everyone who has entered the casino each day as a precaution if contact tracing may be necessary. Our offers and rewards are all based on using your card so it is strongly encouraged. Using your cards allows us to get you the best offers plus we will be able to contact you with up-to-date information.

I have a slot ticket from before you all closed?

All slot tickets issued and not redeemed prior to COVID-19 closure are eligible for redemption until July 30, 2020.

I am a new member and would like a t-shirt?

Unfortunately, we are not offering shirts for new members at this time. We will load 700 Lucky Points on your card that you can use for food or convert to Lucky Bucks (our version of Free Play) on any gaming device. You can find all of our great shirt designs on skokomishtourism.com for sale (many cost as little as $15).

Is the Drift Open?

Yes. The Drift is open for food and beverage service with limited seating. You can also order from any of our floor servers on the gaming floor.

Can I order food over the phone at The Drift?

No phone orders are available at this time. You can also order for grab and go curbside service at www.thedrift101.com through the ToastTakeout app.

When will you have entertainment again?

No entertainment is scheduled at this time. Keep up-to-date on our social media, website and make sure you have an email address on your Club Lucky account for notifications.
